Refund Policy — version 2026-07-17. Real-money purchases (CDC art. 49 and defects).

1. Scope and jurisdiction
This policy covers real-money purchases on Fantástica Fábrica de Jogos: premium games, Engrenagens packs and other digital checkout items. Main operation is Brazilian (BRL) under the Consumer Defense Code and e-commerce rules. Play-earned Engrenagens alone (no cash payment) are not refundable in real currency.
2. Cooling-off (7 days)
For online purchases away from a physical store, you may cancel within 7 calendar days from payment confirmation and access release, without giving a reason (CDC art. 49). Amounts paid are returned without a factory penalty; banks may take several business days. Good-faith cooling-off requests within the window are fulfilled with money back and benefit revoke.
3. Defect or non-delivery
If payment is confirmed and the product is not delivered, or there is a material defect or listing mismatch, you are entitled to restore access or a refund under consumer law — not limited to 7 days.
4. Premium games
You buy an account-bound unlock/license. A cooling-off refund revokes that unlock.
5. Engrenagens packs
Cooling-off is accepted if the wallet can reverse the pack credit (including bonus). If gears were spent, refund may be partial or refused as stated at checkout. If a paid pack is not credited, refund or re-credit is due.
6. Coupons and seals
On a full refund: coupon no longer applies to that order; spent seals may be restored; seals earned from the order are reversed up to remaining balance.
7. How to request
Use My orders or the contact email. Requests are human-reviewed (not instant auto-refund). We respond within 5 business days. Opening a request alone does not remove access; revoke and payout happen after approval.
8. Effects of approval
Order marked refunded; money returned via original method when possible (or Engrenagens if that payout was approved); unlocks/credits reversed. Do not keep using content after an effectuated refund.
9. Receipt
Use the FFJ-n receipt in your account for support. It is not a tax invoice.
10. Playtime (20-minute reference)
For premium games we measure real focus playtime (active sessions with interaction, no background tabs) in whole seconds after purchase. The 20-minute reference classifies light use for review. It does NOT replace the 7-day cooling-off right: within that legal window you may cancel even after more than 20 minutes. After 7 days, light-use requests (under 20 min) are courtesy subject to review.
11. Not automatic cooling-off
Regret after 7 days without defect/non-delivery; dislike after prolonged play outside the window (courtesy only); abuse, fraud, bank disputes outside this flow; unauthorized third-party use of your account; packs without balance to reverse (section 5).
12. Chargebacks and abuse
Card chargebacks outside this flow may revoke access/credits and trigger account review. Refund abuse may block future purchases or the account.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Current version: 2026-07-17. The version on the payment confirmation date applies to that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
