1. Acceptance and parties
By creating an account, playing or buying, you accept these Terms (version 2026-07-17) and the Privacy Policy. The supplier for real-money sales is shown at checkout (Fantástica Fábrica de Jogos). Contact: [email protected].
2. The platform
Fantástica Fábrica de Jogos is a digital games site for demos, prototypes, community and a store. You may play free content, join the community and, if 18+, buy premium unlocks, Engrenagens packs and other digital items at checkout.
3. Account
Minimum age for an account is 13. You must keep your password safe and are responsible for activity on your account. Fraud, refund abuse, economy exploits, spam and impersonation are prohibited. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
4. Purchases and license
Real-money purchases require age 18 and a valid CPF at checkout. You generally buy an account-bound unlock/license on the platform, not a redistributable file. Prices appear before payment. After confirmed payment, benefits are granted to the account unless a technical failure requires restore or refund under the Refund Policy. Bypassing locks or redistributing builds outside personal use on the platform is prohibited.
5. Virtual items
Engrenagens and Factory Seals are platform virtual items. They are not real money and are not redeemable for cash except through a processed real-money refund we approve. Coupons follow their own rules. We may correct balances obtained via bugs or fraud.
6. Refunds
Real-money refunds follow the Refund Policy (version 2026-07-17), including the 7-day cooling-off right where applicable. You must accept that policy at checkout. Request refunds under My orders or via the contact email.
7. Receipt
Eligible purchases get a public order code (FFJ-n) and an in-account receipt. It is not a tax invoice (NF-e/NFS-e). Keep the order number for support.
8. Community content
You are responsible for what you post. You grant a non-exclusive license to display and moderate it on the site. We may remove illegal, offensive, spam or infringing content.
9. Intellectual property
Games, brands, art and code of the Factory and Aurovayne Studios (when credited) are protected. Buying an unlock does not transfer ownership. Do not strip credits or resell the work as your own. Third-party emulator licenses (e.g. GPL) remain as published with the assets.
10. Availability
Prototypes may change, go offline or lose test data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or universal device support.
11. Prohibited conduct
No attacks, abusive scraping, malicious reverse engineering to bypass security or illicit redistribution, harmful automation, or illegal use of the platform.
12. Limitation (honest wording)
To the extent allowed by Brazilian consumer law, we are not liable for indirect damage from misuse, password loss caused by you, or third-party outages. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights such as non-delivery after confirmed payment or defective digital supply.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published when you accept or purchase applies. Material changes appear on this page and may require re-acceptance.
